The Wells Community Center is located at 189 2nd Street SE, Wells, Minnesota

The center is available to rent for your:

• Family Reunion
• Graduation
• Wedding Reception
• Holiday Celebration
• Baby Shower
• Bridal Shower
• Meetings
• Much More

Building Rental for events where liquor will be served is $100.00 for half or $150.00 for the whole building.

A damage deposit of $200.00 will be required;
this deposit will be refunded when the facility is inspected after use & found to be in good condition.

Valid ID will be required for anyone being served alcohol.
Wristbands will be used once a guest has had their driver's license viewed

Karaoke & DJ's are allowed; the reserving party must make these arrangements.

Building Rental when no liquor is served is $50.00 for half or $75.00 for the whole building.

A damage deposit of $100.00 will be required;
this deposit will be refunded when the facility is inspected after use & found to be in good condition.

Rules/Guidelines:

• The telephone can only be used for local calls.
• Do not place tables or chairs against walls.
• No tobacco products in the building.
• Meeting room and bathroom must be picked up before leaving the building.
• Turn off all lights and place all garbage in the dumpster.
• Do not leave any food in the kitchen.
• Make sure all of the doors are locked prior to returning the key to City Hall.

Drop the key in the drop slot at City Hall (125 South Broadway).
Failure to return the key within 24 hours of rentals will result in an additional $40.00.

Both sides of the Community Center have access to the kitchen.
Also available to use are:

• Microwave
• Refigerator
• Electric Range with Oven
• 100 cup Coffee Maker
• Portable White Board

Items that should be brought with include:

• Dish Towels
• Dish Clothes
• Disposable plates, cups, and silverware
  (if you wish to use them)
